    Office Based 5 Days Monday - Friday

    Key Expertise Required:

    • 2nd Line Support
    • Office 365
    • Exchange
    • Active Directory (AD)
    • Azure

    Are you passionate about technology and customer service? Our client, a dynamic computer reseller and consultancy, is in need of a dedicated 1st and 2nd Line Support Service/Help Desk Engineer with at least 2-3 years of experience. If you have a background in MSP or Managed Service Provider, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    You will be stationed at a high-profile customer site, working closely with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and networking to resolve complex issues efficiently.

    • Responsibilities Include:
    • 2nd Line Service Desk/Help Desk Support
    • Office 365 assistance
    • Azure management
    • Firewall maintenance
    • Network issue troubleshooting
