    Job Description:
    Senior Associate - Real Estate Disputes Team


    This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Disputes team, you can expect to develop your knowledge and expertise working as part of a successful team in one of the UK's leading law firms.

    The position offers hybrid working from our Leeds or Sheffield office, at least 2 days per week.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and develop the careers of junior team members
    • Support Partners in the growth of the Real Estate Disputes team
    • Handle commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation

    Key Qualifications:

    • Demonstrable experience supervising more junior members of the team
    • Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commerical Real Estate and/or Property Litigation
