- Classroom Management: Help maintain discipline and order within the classroom by supervising students during lessons and activities.
- Provide oneonone assistance to students who require extra help with assignments or understanding concepts and run intervention groups
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with the teacher, parents, and other school staff regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Supervise students during lunch breaks, recess, or field trips, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Behavior Management: Assist in managing disruptive behavior and implementing disciplinary measures as per school policies.
- An English degree (or related) at any grade/ to be graduating this year
- Experience working with children of any age
