Outstaff are recruiting for an office administrator for an immediate start at our clients facility in Wappenham.

My client is a large & established national company concerned in the Engineering and Production sector.

Due to sick leave, they require an administrator / receptionist to cover this absence for a minimum of 12 weeks with experience of admin and frost of house desk duties.

20 hrs a week, flexible on days


ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Support the management with general admin duties
  • Process and manage excel spreadsheets
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing where required

  • Ability to meet evolving customer expectations
  • Able to communicate with confidence and clarity to customers and colleagues

  • Flexible with ability to work using own initiative

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PC Literate
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
