    A vacancy has arisen within the Case Management Operational Support Team. You will be expected to undertake a full range of clerical duties including word processing, use of spreadsheets, maintenance of database systems, general clerical work, finance related work, reception of visitors, telephone switchboard duties, minute taking and other duties relevant to the service area.

    The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:


    • You must hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+ or working towards


    • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written


    • Good time management


    • Basic IT skills


    • Ability to meet deadlines


    • Team working


    • Commitment to complete an Apprenticeship


    • Ability to attend training

    You will gain a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.

    You must have previous experience of basic routine tasks using numeracy, accuracy and literacy skills. Experience of imprest accounts, invoicing and budget monitoring would be advantageous. You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work as part of a team.
