Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Head Door Supervisor to join our team.

As a Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
  • Conduct thorough security checks on individuals entering the premises
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential security threats
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies
  • Handle difficult situations or conflicts in a professional and calm manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns
  • Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activities
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
  • Administer first aid or emergency medical assistance as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
  • Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
  • Valid First Aid certification is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour


Expected hours:

  • Every weekend

Experience:

- security: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
  • SIA (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
