Our client are a well-established multi-disciplinary organisation providing one-stop service including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Services, and Structural Engineering advice.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Chartered Building Surveyor(MRICS
) to join their enthusiastic team and work on a wide range of forthcoming contract projects.

Your work will be principally located in central and greater London dealing mainly with a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties.

Essential:

They will only consider MRICS Qualified building surveyors who have achieved Chartered status.

Previous experience in most of the below:

Specification writing and contract administration
Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports
Party wall services
Production of maintenance plans and cost plans
Fire reinstatement cost assessments
Schedules of dilapidations
Licences to alter
