    What your role is:

    You will be responsible for leading the interface between General Mills UK and the Customer, and the achievement of Company sales, share and profit goals, including maintaining and developing the growth of our brands in Out of Home, Foodservice & Wholesale. Responsible for New Business growth in channels and make General Mills brands even more extraordinary.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for New Business within Out of Home, Foodservice & Wholesale
    • Responsible for National Account growth
    • Develops annual business plan to drive growth with key customers
    • Develop key relationships with major national wholesalers
    • Attend all relevant trade shows and events

    What you will bring to the team

    • Foodservice/Wholesale Experience Essential (2+ years)
    • Experience with Bidfood & Brakes desirable
    • Ability to build great customer relationships; listens, understands & responds to customers' needs
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills experience within branded FMCG
    • Experience of delivering results through working in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience
