This role sits in the credit risk team of a secured lender in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to add valuable credit risk experience to their CV as this role will work across the whole customer lifecycle of credit risk.

THE COMPANY
They are an established firm that has been around for over ten years. They are focused on helping customers who need access to more credit by offering secured loans.

They allow their analysts in the credit function to work on model, strategy and MI workacross the whole customer lifecycle which is quite rare in this space.

THE ROLE
The role is a senior credit risk analyst position which will involve designing and delivering credit risk projects.

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

Develop and implement credit risk strategies and models to ensure the company meets its credit risk management objectives.
Monitor and analyse key credit risk performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and manage MI reporting to provide accurate and timely credit risk information to stakeholders.
Manage and implement changes to the credit risk decision systems to improve decision accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure credit risk strategies align with business objectives.
Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes
Be involved in anything credit risk
