CRM MANAGER

NORTH LONDON

£50,000- £55,000 +BONUS +BENEFITS

THE COMPANY
This business is a leading hospitality company owning over 8 brands and working across the UK market. They offer a high-quality, convenient service open to all.

They are a very customer-centric business therefore this role has the ability to add a lot ofvalue to the business.


THE ROLE
As CRM Manager, you will be sitting in a collaborative CRM team of 4.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing communications for customers to improve customer engagement.
  • Develop customer journeys and provide a more targeted approach in terms of campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity, develop marketing strategies, and identify and deliver new opportunities for acquisition and retention.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful CRM Manager will have:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM, Adobe is preferred but can look at others.
  • Understanding of data segmentation.
