    Housing Disrepair Solicitor - Up to £45,000 salary

    The Role

    Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Housing Disrepair department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

    The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor ideally 1-3 years PQE with previous housing disrepair experience. You will also have a successful billing history of managing a caseload of litigated cases from inception to resolution.

    The role involves managing your own case load of both pre and post-litigated cases housing disrepair claims from instruction through to settlement.

    • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
    • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
    • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
