- Ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and standard operating practices, while making recommendations for improvement.
- Verifying that all equipment, machinery, and accessories are up to date with required testing and examinations, and are in a safe and usable state
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with site rules, regulations, including LOLER and PUWER standards, as well as company policies.
- Completing all administrative duties associated with the role, including collaborating with the team to create risk assessments, pre-use check sheets, and standard/complex lift plans.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualifications/experience
- CPCS/NPORS certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with LOLER, PUWER, and BS7121 regulations
- Familiarity with LOLER, PUWER, and BS7121 regulations
- Hands-on experience with general lifting operations and diverse lifting equipment within maritime and facilities settings, including conducting fleeting operations utilizing different capacity chain blocks
