    Job Title: BTR Community Manager

    The overall purpose of this job is to be responsible for maintaining the quality standards of a residential development. This role is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the delivery of an effective and compliant facilities management service through in-house staff, suppliers and consultants, across hard and soft services, across a group of buildings. The role may be required to work flexible hours with on-call requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer service | Building management | Fire safety | Health and safety | Site security | Preparation of units for marketing through to move in | Property maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Provide exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents.


    • Address day-to-day enquiries promptly and efficiently throughout residents' tenancy.


    • Welcome residents upon move-in and ensure their apartment meets standards before occupation.


    • Maintain front-of-house standards and uphold the upkeep of communal areas.


    • Conduct viewings for potential residents where necessary


    • Proactively solicit feedback from residents to enhance our performance.


    • Assist residents with maintenance requests and address any defects promptly.


    • Support home inspections and assist with necessary arrangements and monitor vacant/void properties as per the clients' insurance policy, where applicable. Implement regular inspection programmes in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.


    • Manage general administration tasks and maintain records, including inventory bookings, check-out reports, and filing tenancy paperwork and legal documents, ensuring resident accounts are regularly audited and updated in our property management system.


    • Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, including emails, conversations, requests, and complaints, using our Property Management System.


    • Support the General Manager in ensuring Health & Safety compliance and maintain comprehensive records within the system

    • A desire to always deliver the best service and put our residents first


    • Previous customer service experience necessary


    • Property experience essential
