Lead Software Engineer

Up to £100,000

Hybrid
My client is looking for a skilled lead developer who has experience leading a successful team.

The Company
This is a digital marketing company who have grown rapidly in the last number of years. Their team has expanded from 15 to 40 people. Although established and have been around for years they still hold their close start-up feel and culture.

The Role

As a leader in this team, you will be required to hold responsibility for the developers and their work as well as conducting hands-on coding.

Your main task will be:

Conducting 1 on 1s and performance reviews
Organizing individual task
Helping identify ways of improvements
Creating team goals and targets
Conducting code reviews
Maintaining ongoing projects
Working with backend technologies like PHP, Laravel and Symfony
