The PWP role within Everyturn Mental Health is highly valued. It is an integral part of what we do. Our PWPs provide disorder specific assessments and evidence-based low intensity CBT interventions for people with anxiety disorders and/or depression.

They offer a wide range of treatments, including telephone and online treatment, computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programmes, psycho-educational groups, courses, workshops, webinars and one-to-one work.

Adapting what we offer to make our treatments accessible is a critical characteristic.

Being a PWP within Everyturn Mental Health means joining a provider who really values the role at every level of the organisation.

We have PWP preceptorship and career development opportunities through to Senior Management and Clinical roles.

We listen to our PWP wellbeing needs and provide CPD, self-care sessions and resources to enable you to be the best PWP you can be.


As you will know, the PWP role is fast-paced and carries a high-volume caseload, with support through case management, clinical skills supervision and our new monthly selfcare sessions.

As a qualified PWP you can expect to close over 250 cases per year, helping those people at their most vulnerable time and providing them with the tools and support to feel better.

The role is varied and constantly evolving with the evidence base and guidance and you can be a part of our evolution if you join us.
