Fin Search are recruiting an Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis for a reputable, market leading business based in Bradford.

This role is an unrivalled opportunity for bright and forward thinking accounts assistant or assistant accountant looking for a step in to a commercially focused role relevant to AAT/CIMA/ACCA studies with a clear progression route.

As an Assistant Accountant, you will be reporting in to a qualified Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with month end processes and controls.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, balance sheet reconciliations, assisting internal stakeholders with forecasting, producing month end journals such as accruals and prepayments, assisting with variance analysis and profitability analysis.

The organisation are operating a hybrid working model on a permanent basis with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Be studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA or have exemptions
Have worked in a relevant role previously to include some month end
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have strong Excel skills
