Accounts Receivable Assistant

Assisting the Accounts Receivable Lead in the Finance department to implement best practices and policies in customer invoicing, receipts processing and organisation wide analytics. You will also have exposure to the broader financial team.
This role comes with significant support and investment in your development.

It is expected that you will undertake both professional and personal development to work towards the success of the function, and in doing so will be prepared to transition into an Accounts Receivable Lead position in 2-3 years' time.


The ARA post holder will ensure that our services are provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.


About you

We would love to hear from you if you possess the following:

  • GCSE Maths & English (A*-C/4-0) (or equivalent)


  • AAT level

  • Willingness to work towards AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) within 3 years
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised multitasker: selfstarter with the ability to remain calm under the pressure of strict deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Desirable criteria: sector relevant experience, billing experience, credit control experience
