Somebody who is looking for a new opportunity with a specialist Design & Build main contractor or somebody who is not necessarily looking but could be tempted by something a bit different.

This contractor is based in Essex (which in itself is a bit different from our usual central London stomping ground) and could appeal to somebody who is fed up jumping on the tube every day.

They work on projects up to and around the £2m mark across commercial office, high-end residential and public sector schemes.

All the usual duties will be carried out including reviewing tender information, BOQs, tender submissions, negotiating final contract sums while supporting the pre-construction, technical and planning functions within the team.

Experience of working with a main contractor on similar projects would be extremely beneficial with a preference for somebody who can demonstrate high-end residential/commercial experience.
