    Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive - Cardiff, UK

    A well-respected multi-service firm based in Cradiff and renowned for providing high-calibre, cost-competitive house and flat conveyancing work to private clients is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team and work on a broad range of residential files.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and lease extensions.
    • Provide a high-quality, efficient and cost-effective service to clients.
    • Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.
    • Support and develop junior members of the team.
    Requirements:
    • Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
    • Demonstrable experience of managing your own caseload of residential property files, and delivering high quality, efficient and cost-effective service.
    • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Organised, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Experience in managing and developing junior members of staff.
