In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our applicant experience, refining key business processes, and advancing our portfolio of student and staff applications to drive efficiency and enrich our institution.

The CRM Developer will spearhead the design and development of new applications and solutions tailored to our evolving business requirements.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will gain insights into user and applicant experiences, providing expert advice on solutions to optimize our platforms and processes.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of bespoke education and training suites, positioning the Fashion Retail Academy as a unique leader in the education sector.

Previous experience in a Dynamics 365 (CRM) development role is essential, along with expertise in integration and plugin development, workflows, and system customizations on Dynamics 365.

Proven proficiency in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, documentation, programming, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementation.

Strong skills in Javascript, C#, and .Net development are required.
Knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse development, SQL databases, and stored procedures is essential.

A customer service mindset, focusing on delivering CRM solutions that align with business needs, is integral to success in this role.
