We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager with excellent skills in site management and residential projects to join our team in Dover.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.

You will be required to manage and lead a team of site workers, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager
• Excellent skills in site management and residential projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
