    Job Description About Health Partners

    Health Partners is one of the UK's leading Occupational Health organisations, supporting the health and wellbeing of over 2.We combine expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health programs tailored to our clients' needs.

    The successful individual will help support the delivery of an exceptional OH service to our client.

    This is a permanent, full time* position, where the chosen candidate will be ideally working 5 days per week on-site, Monday to Friday.

    30am to 4pm from Monday to Thursday, and 7.Hybrid working can be considered if necessary, offering Fridays working from home, carrying out TIMA physiotherapy assessments.

    *Part time (32 hours) can be considered for the right candidate. Providing reports to Management following assessment and at time of discharge indicating employee's fitness to work and any adjustments to their role that may be required short term, long term or permanently
    Communicating effectively with the wider occupational health team
    Identification of hazards within the workplace and assessing the risk of the identified hazards causing or aggravating an individual's musculoskeletal ill health
    Conducting ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors on-site to identify risks to the employees within a specified area
    Providing the wider OH team with information regarding any work practice or working environment changes that are required on a short or long-term basis
    Effective rehabilitation of staff with musculoskeletal disorders, whether they be work related or not
    Collection of statistical information for report generation
    Contributing to and running health promotion events.

    Experience delivering workshops with a focus on health promotion and education
    Strong report writing skills
    Competency in risk assessments and risk management
    Strong appreciation for patient confidentiality and understanding of General Data Protection Regulation Law
    Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy (essential)
