Job Title:
Sales & Operations Lead

Location:
Redditch

Salary:
£25,000 to £30,000 Per Annum

Hours:
Monday to Friday

Our client is an equipment manufacturer that are looking to recruit a Sales & Operation lead to help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to help with exceptional growth.

Day to day duties will include the following:

Organisation and planning of work orders
Liaising with teams ensuring everyone is up to date with production activity
Devise and adhere to forward planning documents relating to the production cycle, with the operations manager
Maintain good relationships, and communicating and new delivery requirements
Maintain work equipment and report repairs
Dealing with customer queries, and advise customer service team with updates on orders
Adhering to health and safety policies

As an individual you will need the following skills & experience:

Excellent attention to detail
Problem solving
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management
Ability to use your own initiative
Microsoft office experience (Basic Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
