Multiple Senior Ruby on Rails Developers are required to join a fast-growing E-commerce Hospitality scale-up in London where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining their core platform, used by millions of customers ever day.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Ruby on Rails applications
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer, with at least 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of web application development principles and best practices ( TDD, AGILE)
Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
