As part of the CRM Centre of Excellence, this role will support both the Go.
Compare and MyVoucherCode brands and help improve our CRM performance and revenue for the business.


Working within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, this role will be hands-on in segmenting our customer base, building campaigns, tracking performance, and recommending optimisations and improvements through a test-and-learn approach.


What you'll be doing...


You'll be supporting the CRM team in the delivery of the customer contact strategy to meet business targets across the Future Savings vertical.

You will be hands-on in creating, sending, and reporting on our regular campaigns, whilst helping develop and optimise new and existing campaigns.


Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • Understanding the key CRM principles and best practices whilst adhering to GDPR and other regulatory guidelines
  • Experience with building segments and campaigns within marketing automation software ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud but others will be considered
  • Past success with working within A/B testing whilst being able to suggest improvements and tests based on data and insights to improve key metrics such as; open rate, CTR, revenue, and reducing churn.
