We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Team Leader to oversee our Guest Services team in the Glasgow offices of a client in the financial services industry

The role of the Guest Services Team Leader is to effectively oversee a small team of Guest Services Hosts based at the firms Glasgow offices.

You will be the first point of contact for all team members and will use your excellent coaching skills to create and cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring the delivery of world class customer service

The role is hands on, with the Team Leader being involved in all aspects of the reception and facilities services that our team provides including desk and meeting room bookings and locker allocation and maintenance.

Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am and 6pm, Mon-Fri

Salary:
£29,000

Qualifications
Experience of setting up and using Audio Visual and IT equipment for meetings and video calls is desirable.
