In this post you will be available to join our busy school improvement team as Rights and Diversity Education (RADE) Curriculum Centre Manager.

  • You will work with the wider HIAS School Improvement Team,
-
preferably over 4 days, where there is a commitment to professional learning, research-based practice and keeping abreast of new initiatives to influence others positively in their thinking and behaviours.-
In this role you will:
  • Work under pressure where it is essential to meet deadlines and be able to effectively prioritise different tasks.
  • You will also be able to forge good working relationships with other close colleagues who work within Hampshire Inspection and Advisory Service (HIAS) and the wider community of Hampshire County Council.
  • You will have prior administrative and preferably librarian experience and be able to demonstrate precise attention to detail.
  • You will have proven experience of writing and developing written materials accurately
