To strengthen our team in Lingen we are looking for an IT Service Technician (all genders welcome) - Modern Workplace in the area of Software Distribution und Windows 10/11 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluation and documentation of Windows 10/11 releases
• 2nd level support and administration of Windows 10/11 clients
• Creation and rollout of software packages based on MECM (SCCM)
• Support in the planning and implementation of projects in the client area
• Remote support at other locations of the ROSEN Group
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable apprenticeship
• Professional experience with a corresponding focus of activity
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP
• Basic knowledge of Power Shell
• Basic knowledge of software distribution using MECM (SCCM)
• Knowledge of script language desirable
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A high degree of commitment and interest in complex systems as well as a self-reliant work organization and the ability to assess the risks of one's own actions
• Ability to work in a team and willingness and ability to interact productively and constructively with colleagues
• Confident command of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
