- Provide excellent day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio of high-net-worth properties.
- Arrange for general maintenance & refurbishment projects to be conducted, and provide full liaison services between contractors, tenants, and landlords.
- Conduct check-in and check-out inspections, including all safety checks and accounts queries.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide reports of findings to the landlord.
- Ensure properties are fully compliant with current regulations.
- Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-let.
- A minimum of 3 years of property management experience (essential).
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills (essential).
- Comfortable liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors in a firm but fair manner (essential).
- ARLA qualified (desired).

Centre Point Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful multi-office estate agency based in West London.
This company is looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their experienced team, where the post holder will be responsible for a portfolio of c.70 properties situated across areas such as Chelsea, Kensington, Queens Park, Knightsbridge, and Notting Hill.

Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
Hybrid: 1 day of remote working each week.
Salary: £36-39k plus commission (OTE of £41-45k)
Driving licence: Essential (pool car available for use)
