Cost Estimation and Analysis:

Work closely with senior quantity surveyors to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-end bespoke apartment projects.
Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and provide recommendations to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Contract Administration:

Assist in the preparation and administration of construction contracts.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions.

Monitor project budgets, identifying and addressing any potential cost overruns or deviations.

Support in the development of budget forecasts and financial reports.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to validate and refine quantity calculations.
Assist in the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documentation and analysis of contractor submissions.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimating, and quantity surveying principles.
Proficient in relevant software and tools, including MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
