We have an amazing opportunity for a
Sales New Business Partner-Property Valuer to join our fantastic and successful team in the
Horley & Reigate region

The New Business Partner is responsible for developing the business through business generation and property sourcing. After identifying
vendor and applicant requirements, using effective communication and people skills New Business Partner needs to ensure a
professional image is displayed to the customer to include exceptional customer service ensuring that the additional services Andrews has to offer align with the customer and business needs.

The key responsibilities of the role:


  • To ensure you understand your branch and personal KPIs, in terms of
    achieving the ingredients required to satisfy the branch performance plan and to always seek to achieve and exceed these on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • To fully
    utilise and comply with systems and procedures which are in place. To maximise business efficiency whilst delivering a firstclass service through your interaction with customers.
  • To
    be aware of the KPI requirements around additional services in line with customer requirements and business need, maximising business opportunities. To ensure all fees are charged in accordance with the terms of business.
  • To
    be responsible for securing business through effective and appropriate valuation of property, producing accurate property details to obtain the optimum property price.
  • To
    be aware of all KPI and objective requirements for AMS appointments, MWU leads and any other business partner requirements
  • To
    arrange a written confirmation of the followup valuation letter and market comparables within 24 hours.
  • To ensure you
    work effectively through efficient diary and systems management to ensure we maximise the good use of time and deliver a service that delights our customers.
  • To ensure all
    customers are fully aware of the process they are entering in to including the costs and financial implications and are aware of the support and services that can be sourced through the Andrews Property Group network.
  • To
    keep under review the sales price of properties and advise the landlord, as appropriate, of any price adjustments necessary to ensure the property is competitively priced for the prevailing market.

please be advised salary advertised is average salary banding including basic salary and average commission on the top, OTE can be higher than that
