50 per hour PAYE or £17.Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the caretaking role.
Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
Have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
Be responsible for proper maintenance, cleaning, security and safety within the school premises and grounds.
Monitor all helpdesk jobs issued and address/close within assigned timelines and SLAs.
Carry out all planned and ad hoc porterage in line with SLAs and school requests.
Act as first attendee to all helpdesk jobs and resolve or feedback requirements.
Carry out all PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks as required and in line with statutory compliance, including weekly fire alarm and sprinkler tests and monthly emergency
