As an Associate Consultant at Envision Xcel, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, working on diverse projects related to the criminal justice system.

This role requires a blend of research, analytical, and presentation skills.

You will have the opportunity to deliver impactful workshops, lead focus groups, and contribute to the development of strategic reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis related to criminal justice projects.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops and focus groups.
• Deliver compelling presentations to various stakeholders.
• Compile detailed analytical reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in criminal justice.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system and research methods.
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver workshops, focus groups, and presentations effectively.
• Experience in compiling detailed analytical reports is preferred.
• Passion for criminal justice and a commitment to making a positive impact in the sector.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel for meetings and workshops.
• Though exact experience is not a prerequisite, a strong desire to excel in this field is essential.
