Post: Assistant eBike Technician

Location: Railway Terrace, Inverness

Salary: £28,-£30, (SCP 40, SCP 44, SCP48)

Contract: Fixed Term (24 Month) Working

Hours: 35 Hours per week (Flexible)

The post holder will be joining a small team responsible for maintenance and servicing of the eBike share scheme HI-BIKE including its charging docks in Inverness and Fort William. The post holder will also support the rebalancing of the HI-BIKE scheme through physically relocating eBikes to charging stations. The post holder will be workshop-based in Inverness at Railway Terrace in conjunction with on-site maintenance at charging stations around Inverness and Fort William on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The post holder would ideally have experience as a bicycle mechanic or vehicle/motorcycle mechanic with an understanding of electronics, batteries, and electrical connections although full training will be provided. The post holder will also be required to undertake any other reasonable tasks to support the promotion, expansion, and development of HI-BIKE
