The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The Hertz Corporation is one of the largest worldwide airport general use vehicle rental companies, and the Hertz brand is one of the most recognized in the world.

This role's primary focus will be executing strategic programs that market Hertz's strength and value to the Franchise community while leveraging the Hertz brand and marketing programs. This position will support communication projects across various mediums to promote a mutual, strong relationship between Hertz and its Franchise base.

What You'll Do:
This role has an impact on our global Franchise strategy and financial performance.
- Managing and optimizing year-to-year fee income growth in line with corporate objectives
- Achieving country market share penetration targets as defined by Hertz International
- Expand footprint through acquisition of new partners for white space opportunities.
- Ensuring complete Brand (Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty) geographic representation within the area of responsibility
- Lead and/or support on all key commercial negotiations across all the regions
- Identifying and optimize incremental fee income opportunities through enhanced value proposition
- Ensuring Hertz partners are serviced, contracts implemented, and revenue optimized.
- Enhance Hertz partner relationships by ensuring premium service fulfilment within the area of responsibility
- Developed and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and all levels of employee groups within franchise community.
- Facilitating best practice migration to and from franchise countries
- Ensuring the provision of a range of enabling tools, resources and methodologies to the franchise teams.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background:
University Level Degree or Equivalent (Graduate degree beneficial but job experience can serve as substitute)
Professional Experience:
5-10 years of experience in car rental sales or travel sales
