Description
At Cloud Rede, our mission is to empower businesses with expert SQL platform services, ensuring seamless management and monitoring of database and cloud platforms. We pride ourselves on being an extension of our customers' IT and development teams, providing expert guidance and support wherever it is needed.
As a Cloud DBA, you will join our Managed Services team in the UK who manage and monitor database and cloud platforms for our customers across Azure, AWS, and on-premises. It's a diverse role but grounded in relational databases.
We're looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA, with good infrastructure skills and exposure to Azure and/or AWS, who can troubleshoot performance issues and optimize SQL code. The role is external facing so good relationship management and communication skills are required.
People who do well in this role are lifelong learners with a customer service mindset that want to do a great job for grateful customers, and love seeking out ways to proactively improve systems and go beyond break/fix activities.
