    Are you an experienced QESH professional with hands-on experience in H&S and Environmental responsibilities? Do you have experience working in an Automotive, Tier 1 supplier, or OEM manufacturing environment?

    Quality Manager

    Interv_l is pleased to be working with an exciting client that designs and manufactures high power electrical resistors used in electricity generation, transmission and distribution. Supplying to large contractors, Electric Vehicle OEMs and other end users throughout the EU, EMEA and APAC regions.

    Your job as a QESH Manager will be to ensure our client's products meet standards, laws, and customer expectations. You'll understand what their customers need and help maintain the company's reputation by delivering quality products, helping to drive sustainable growth.

    What're your responsibilities?

    • Implement QMS procedures and ensure compliance.
    • Update in-house systems for external certification standards.
    • Address customer complaints with containment actions and long-term solutions.
    • Foster continuous improvement culture within the organization.
    • Serve as point of contact for warranty issues and customer requirements.
    • Provide technical support and conduct root cause investigations.
    • Monitor performance and report KPIs to maintain quality standards.
    • Assist with ISO9001 and manage documentation for ISO45001.
    • Devise and deliver in-house quality awareness training.
    • Support process improvement activities and undertake special projects as required.

    What do you need to be successful?

    • Proficiency in quality systems and measurement.
    • Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA methodologies.
    • Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
    • Effective planning and prioritization skills.
    • Problem-solving abilities, including Six Sigma (green belt preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to excel in diverse and dynamic environments.
    • Capability to manage cross-functional team members.
    • Desirable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and analytical skills.
    • Nice-to-have qualifications include H&S experience and environmental management certification.
