Job Role: As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for maximising Paint & Body Centre profitability through sales. Maximise customer awareness of all available Paint & Body Centre and Retailer services. Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration. Help the Paint & Body Centre and Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency. Develop and network relationships with existing clients and new.
Experience:
- Background of VDA role
- Use of Audatex and or Glassmatrix Systems
- Sales & Negotiation Techniques
- Customer Service experience
