We have worked with this client for over 12 years, we have recruited interim programme team members for transformation and executive level permanent hires. The business now requires a Business Director who has experience working in the prison service or custodial services.
Our client is a leading provider of facilities management services and infrastructure maintenance services across the UK, they have ambitious growth targets for 2024 and 2025 and are currently performing well.
To achieve their ambitious growth projections their bid management team is focussing on key areas of business including providing hazard and soft services to the UK Government.
This role would suit an experienced operations director or business director or account director who has knowledge of leading operations and client interactions in the prison service or custodial service. Experience matters in this specialist area of work to ensure that prisoners and the staff that take care of them can be kept safe.
