    The Role:

    Lead the management team and drive the service forwardDevelop, implement, and monitor individual care plansEnsure a safe, secure, and homely environment for childrenMentor and guide an established staff teamEnsure staff training and developmentCompliance with legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirementsOur Ideal Candidate will:Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma (or equivalent)Hold their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management Have a minimum two years' experience working in a residential environmentHave experience leading and motivating a staff teamKnowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirementsBe flexible and willing to go the extra mileBe able to handle challenges with patience and empathyApply now and be part of our dedicated team Because of the nature of this work Progressive Care uses Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) to make enhanced background checks on all persons hired.
