Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for excellence and teamwork who would love to work for a landlord who puts tenants and the local community at the heart of what we do?


We're recruiting for someone to provide day to day support and specialist guidance to our tenants, neighbours, and local community.

You will play a vital role in tackling rent arrears and anti-social behaviour while supported by a Senior Housing Officer and carry out regular property inspections.


You will be driven and want to ensure as part of the team we meet our objectives around low voids, Service Level Agreement achievement and mínimal rental loss.


Of course, you'll know about the inner working of tenancy agreements but above all you'll be someone who enjoys working with a good level of autonomy whilst knowing they have the support of others to call upon when needed.


You will be based in Nottingham and will be expected to be based in the office for the majority of time, with some flexibility for home working.


Duties and skills will include:


  • An ability to plan and organise your own workload
  • Developing links and partnerships with support services, community protection services and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring incidents of neighbour nuisance, antisocial behaviour and harassment are investigated, and appropriate action taken in liaison with other agencies
  • Have an understanding of tools available to landlords and partners in relation to dealing with antisocial behaviour
  • Maximising income through effective rent account monitoring
  • Dealing with enforcement of tenancy conditions and representation in court
  • Working closely with support services to prevent eviction and manage challenging behaviours
  • Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of a landlord in relation to property compliance
  • An ability to work to the CIH professional standards
  • An understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable people
