Vertical Recruitment are working alongside one of our longest serving clients, a leading independent building consultancy, to help expand their London team.

They are looking for Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join and work alongside the head of London office, on large scale cladding remediation projects.

They currently have three large projects over the value of £10m across London and need someone with the ability to run large projects from inception through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively, have strong interpersonal skills and experience in project delivery. This is open to an out and out Project Manager or a Building Surveyor with a project bias.
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Understand and exceed client expectations through clear communication and delivery of quality solutions.
Provide expert guidance in fire safety, residential buildings, and external cladding remediation projects.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes.
Monitor and report on project performance, including regular risk assessments.
Identify opportunities for personal skill development and career growth.
Building Surveying Degree / or professional accreditation in construction project management.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on fire safety, residential buildings, and external cladding remediation projects.

Familiarity with residential buildings, particularly in relation to cladding remediation.
