Company Overview: Our client, a leading payments business, is seeking an accomplished Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their technological initiatives for a temporary period of 6-9 months. As a trusted recruitment agency partner, we are collaborating closely with our client to identify a professional capable of overseeing critical areas such as Security, Corporate IT, Data, AWS Migration, Compliance, and Core Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic technological initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the security framework to safeguard critical data and systems.
• Manage Corporate IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Drive data management strategies and initiatives to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Facilitate the migration to AWS, ensuring smooth transition and optimization of cloud resources.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in regulated markets.
• Manage core banking systems effectively to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior technology leadership role.
• Expertise in managing Security, Corporate IT, Data, AWS Migration, Compliance, and Core Banking.
• Demonstrated experience in regulated markets, preferably within Payments or Gaming sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving technological innovation.
