- To provide a high standard of care for patients
- To greet patients warmly
- To conduct prescreens with patients and hand over to Optometrists prior to a sight test
- To support patients with frame selection and fitting
- To dispense spectacles to all levels
- Daily equipment cleaning/checks and occasional fault finding/maintenance.
- You will have experience of working in an Optical Assistant role
- You will be used to working in a customer facing environment and have excellent customer service skills.
- You will have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with the Optometrists to raise any concerns/issues.
- You will be bright, bubbly and patient.
