Krissy Cela, founder of Oner Active, is determined to make fitness and well-being accessible, powerful and sustainable for all women.


Growing up in an Albanian household where her parents juggled several jobs to make life possible, Krissy is no stranger to hard work and sheer determination.

Whilst reading law at university, Krissy started her fitness journey by tracking her progress and sharing it with her, now 5 million plus, community across social media.


She has empowered, supported and rallied for women across the world to feel their best, achieve their greatest dreams and make the impossible possible.


Oner Active embodies all of these values with a mission to make each and every woman feel extraordinary and powerful as they train to be the very best version of themselves.


Today Oner Active is now generating £50m annual revenue and we're now in a position to create a new operational board, where this role will sit.

This role will work closely with our senior leadership team and co-founder Krissy Cela to achieve revenues of £500m in 5 years.


Working closely with our new CMO, you'll build a market-leading acquisition strategy and tactical plan in Paid media for Oner Active, and have the necessary skills to deliver this whilst building your team.


You'll obsess about increasing the volume and quality of overall traffic to Oner Active, owning paid media, so you'll have incredible autonomy to drive growth and build a deep understanding of our target audience and customers.


Paid media includes every relevant 'paid for' media channel our target audience consumes from online Social, Search, Display, Affiliate etc to offline home/posters, audio/radio/podcast, print/press to video/TV in the future.


Success in 6 months looks like:
Fully immersed and productive with the Oner Active commercial / wider demand creation team;
Built and secured sign-off of your Paid Media / Acquisition plan for 2024, with full detail on budget/capital requirements and forecast of CaC, including channel mix/approach across the whole funnel;

You've been able to set live, easy / 'low hanging fruit' Paid Media activity, which is driving new/incremental traffic to Oner Active in the short term / Q4 2023.


Success in year 2 looks like:
The Paid Media / Acquisition function has been a material contributor in driving profitable revenue to £100m;
You've scaled your team, with specialists across, paid social, search, display, and affiliates who are either executing in-house or working with / managing tier-1 agencies to deliver objectives;

You've built a good acquisition attribution model/methodology, which allows you and the business to understand the full path from 1st interaction to purchase.

Oner Active:
_

£100m profitable revenue in 2024;
Customer NPS >8;
Own Paid Media budget in the P&L;

  • Functionally:_
Lead Paid Media (Acquisition) team to align on activity, you need them to deliver high volume of high-quality traffic to hit your objectives, when you start you'll be 'the team' and need to be hands-on execution while you build your team;
Set, and monitor CaC/CPA by customer segment to deliver 'profitable' acquisition activity for Oner Active and establish KPIs for yourself/your team to work against;
Build a foundation to share more and better insight than our peer group/competitors with our 3rd party partners; make Oner Active famous with our partners for being the best at Paid Media / Customer Acquisition;
Support and Challenge the Technology team to design, develop and deploy the tools you need to deliver your objectives;
Work closely with, and creative incredible briefs for the Brand / Creative team, which lead to a fast and high volume of Ad creative feedback loops to help optimise your activity/yield;
Work closely with the Brand, Trading (eCommerce) & broader Commercial teams and feed in your tactical acquisition plan into the campaign calendar;
Work closely with Commercial / Finance Analyst/s to unlock, Customer Insight (through deep segmentation), Marketing Insight, and Business Insight which leads to optimisation of your activity;
Hire, lead and coach a leading-edge team to help execute against goals;
Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practice, with CaC / CpA focus;
Keep up to date with eCommerce, Acquisition best practice of tomorrow through training, research etc;
Positively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partners;
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Oner Active's stakeholders;
Think like a customer, all the time, every day.


You must be willing to take calculated risks and have a bias for action, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business.
