An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior Events Coordinator to join an established charity based in Central London. Looking for a creative individual with a strong background in events seeking a rewarding and fulfilling role. This is a hybrid roleoffering an excellent holiday package.


Duties to include:

  • Managing a complex calendar of live and online events from start to completion
  • Organising seminars, lectures, programs, dinners and other communal events
  • Sourcing and booking venues for fundraising dinners and events
  • Handling all event administration, booking venues, keynote speakers, production, caterers etc
  • Building relations with communal organisations, donors and delegates
  • PR and marketing for all scheduled events live and online
  • Budget management for all events, processing expenses and approving invoices
  • Maintenance of inhouse database
