    We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. Vertu Honda Plymouth and Truro are two newly acquired businesses, therefore it would be advantageous for you to be resilient and somebody who enjoys a busy environment. This role will attract a £50,000 basic salary, company vehicle and an excellent range of Company Benefits Looking after both Honda Plymouth and Honda Truro, the CMA Accountant's primary role is to provide the General Managers with financial support to drive operational performance. Regular travel will be required between both sites. A key aspect of the role is the delivery of timely and accurate management accounts and their integration into the Group's standard structures. You will maintain and develop controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership. Our Dealership Accountants are key to the success of our businesses. We are looking for somebody with motor industry experience and fantastic leadership qualities. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Kerridge Accountancy software. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus will be to lead a team to deliver financial deadlines and processes, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction levels. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and have a great character, attitude, energy drive and talent. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
