Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week:
£23.34 per hour PAYE / £30.

33 per hour Umbrella:

Hybrid working - mostly remote but occasional office presence may be required depending on service need
The Housing Review Officer role will predominately involve writing responses to complaints and enquiries from residents, Councillors and MP's.

Key Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written skills
Experience in writing Stage 1, Stage 2 and Ombudsman responses.
Good customer relations skills.
Ability to respond to enquiries well
Good IT skills
Ability to dealing with difficult and upset customers
Preferably a Housing Background
