The Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team has been recruited in partnership with residents, managing over 800 homes which are undergoing back-to-brick refurbishment.
Grenfell Housing Services, aims to deliver world-class housing management services to the survivors and bereaved from the Grenfell Tower Tragedy.
Finally, Notting Dale Heat Network will deliver a clean, green heating and hot water network powered by Air Source Heat Pumps, and solar PV.
Our work is focused on working with residents to design and deliver excellent housing services, and create 21st century model social housing, delivering deep retrofits that is carbon neutral by 2030.
The Role:
This unique role is an opportunity for someone who will relish the challenge to work with one of the most diverse and resilient communities in the UK, to oversee inter-dependant refurbishment upgrades that improve the performance of the buildings and homes we manage.
The role requires the ability to analyse specifications, technical data and costs, whilst also being able to co-ordinate delivery on site and ensure exemplary health and safety practices.
You will have experience of specifying and quality assuring a range of building elements that deliver high quality housing, whilst improving thermal performance and safety.
You will be required to oversee several projects concurrently and will have the opportunity to ensure the successful delivery of a range of building safety, carbon neutrality, and internal refurbishment works.

About You:
Are you someone with an eye for accuracy and consistency in the built environment? You will bring a track record of overseeing successful construction projects, able to assertively manage contractors, with an unparalleled attention to detail.
Above all, you'll be driven by the passion to make a difference to people's lives, inspire confidence in the quality of the homes we manage, and help social housing be greener, safer and of the highest quality.
The role will involve working with residents affected by the tragedy; you will be passionate about delivering a high-standard of customer service, and able to show compassion and empathy.
You must have the ability to plan your work in a logical way and be able to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
Passionate about health and safety, you will be able to demonstrate excellent site management skills and able to oversee projects as delegated.
