We are seeking anenthusiastic and motivated Year 2 Teacher to join a reputableprimary school based in Loughton Essex from April 2024. Thesuccessful candidate will be passionate about education and have aproven track record of delivering excellent teaching in a Year 2setting. Aside from that the successful Year 2 Teacher will workcollaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receivea positive and engaging learning experience.

Year 2 TeacherResponsibilities:

Plan anddeliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspireYear 2 students to reach their full potential

Monitor and assess students progress and keep regular records ofYear 2 students academic performance

Create apositive learning environment that is both safe and conducive forlearning

Collaborate with school managementteaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support forYear 2 students

Prepare and participate inschoolrelated activities such as performances events andparent/teacher meetings

Adhere to safeguardingpolicies and promote the welfare of all children

Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies toensure an orderly and safe learningenvironment

Year2 Teacher Requirements:

Year 2teacher experience

QTS orequivalent

A recognized qualification inteaching preferably a Bachelors degree in Education or any relevantfield

Proven experience in teaching Year 2 in amainstream primary or secondary school

Excellentclassroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivatelearners

Strong interpersonal skills with anability to communicate effectively with parents staff andstudents

Sound knowledge of the nationalcurriculum and its application in class

Abilityto adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learningstyles

A passion for teaching and making adifference in studentslives.
